Terms of use and stay

These terms apply to this website and to stays booked directly with Nil Manel Tourist Resort, Kamkaru Mawatha, Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka. Bookings made through third parties such as Booking.com or Agoda are also subject to that platform’s terms.

Booking requests

Sending a booking request through this website, by phone or on WhatsApp does not by itself confirm a reservation. A booking is confirmed only when we reply to confirm the room, dates and price. Prices and any deposit or cancellation conditions are given in that confirmation.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00. Please tell us your expected arrival time in advance.
• Check-out is by 11:00.
• Every adult guest must show valid photo identification at check-in.
• The minimum age to check in is 18. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.

House rules

• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties, events and stag or hen groups are not accommodated.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the building; please use the designated smoking area.
• Cots and extra beds are not available.
• Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.

Additional services

Airport transfers, car hire, bike hire, laundry and similar services are charged separately unless your confirmation says otherwise. We confirm prices before arranging them.

Liability

We take care to keep the property safe and your belongings secure, but guests are responsible for their own valuables. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Sri Lankan law.

Using this website

We work to keep the information on this website accurate, including opening times, facilities and travel times, but it may change. Travel times are approximate. The photos show our property; rooms of the same type may differ slightly in layout and furnishing. Website content and photos may not be reused without our permission.
